The children’s shopping tour is an annual event, sponsored by local organizations, churches, businesses, and individuals, which aims to provide Christmas to local families. The object of this project is for children to have a Christmas of significance and to experience the joy of giving at Christmas.
The Children’s Shopping Tour approached SoGro looking for help moving the organization into the digital age
The organization lacked a true logo design, and were unhappy with the outdated website. In the past, the Children’s Shopping Tour had collected all entries for enrollment and volunteers in person with paper forms, a very tedious and time consuming process.
Our design team crafted a modern, sleek logo for the Children’s Shopping Tour. We incorporated popular Christmas colors to the design to help the logo pop and stand out. Our web design team built a responsive website that allows users to submit all paperwork required for those wishing to enroll their children as well as for volunteers. SoGro also worked diligently with the Children’s Shopping Tour to tie in the organizations payment processing software which allows users to make donations directly to the organization via their website, a feature previously unavailable.

Since the Children’s Shopping Tour has revealed its new logo local brand recognition has sky rocketed. The organizations online traffic has jumped by approximately 200% since the launch of the new website. Users are now able to submit all forms necessary to take part in the shopping tour via the website, while also donating directly to the organization through the website.
