The Pampa EDC came to SoGro after their mission and image were not properly portrayed. They felt as though their content was too generic and did not fit the local look they were going for.
Their online presence was designed to look corporate and professional, but over time that led to generic content with reduced interaction and impressions.
We drastically reduced the use of stock images and deployed our photography team to take local, community-focused pictures. Our content creation team focused on building content that encompassed the EDC’s mission and image.
Our team implemented weekly discovery meetings to ensure we were on task and could continue learning about the EDC. We built a hybrid, traditional and digital, campaign to relaunch the company’s online presence. This included an almost complete update of their website, a revamp of their social media channels, new business card design, promotional print products, and a revamped Google Ads approach.
Since partnering with SoGro, the Pampa EDC has seen an increase in traffic to their website, thanks in large part to the updates and optimization. They have also experienced growth across all social media channels.
Their online presence now properly reflects what they stand for and the image they want to portray. Our carefully crafted blog articles have also helped them rise in the Google Rankings.
